Research: James Bond - Die Another Day

Start: opens with face in the water, with contrasting female figures swimming around his face.
0.05: Black screen (extreme close up) zooms out to scorpion stinger/tail, actors name starts to fade in and comes to mid screen
0.12: eye, midscreen. Titles in eye that are in contrasting colour to rest of eye this is to make the bold effect
0.14: writing stays then fades: the opening then reverts back to the drowning screen. this is then interrupted by glass breaking, this creates both a mirror effect and uncertainty.
0.16: Back to the scorpions. Title screen. this stays on...
0.20: introduction of fire, signifying danger and death. the credits are positioned on the bottom left hand corner of the screen this placement is used throughout the opening. they then start to mix real images with special effect generated images, his hanging body being in flames, flicks between the two.
